Oscar von Reis

Former Managing Director, Blackstone Tactical Opportunities 

Oscar von Reis brings extensive experience across private equity, credit, restructuring, and special situations. He spent more than a decade at Blackstone, where he was a Managing Director in Tactical Opportunities, leading and executing investments across real assets, corporate securities, and private credit. Earlier, he was part of Blackstone’s European Corporate Advisory & Restructuring group, with a focus on distressed M&A and capital structure optimization.

Before Blackstone, Oscar held roles in private credit at Nexum Capital, growth equity at InnovationsKapital, and FIG M&A at J.P. Morgan. He began his career as a U.S. markets broker at Nordnet and served as a Sergeant in the Swedish Armed Forces, Royal Marines Corps.
His multidisciplinary experience underpins ROYC’s capability to digitize global distribution and modernize private-markets access.
