Visa's new artificial intelligence fund is interesting since it is a back-bone infrastructure provider legitimizing generative AI within banking. Potential use cases here span personalization, process automation, fraud prevention, and much more. Deep fake videos are skyrocketing and becoming increasingly sophisticated posing problems for the biggest search engines to sort out what is real or not. Schools in Sweden discussing if they should go back to books, pen and paper. Reading and spelling capabilities have apparently gone down massively but the question is if they will have to read and write. Will be interesting to follow, and politicians might not be the most well-versed in tech to pass judgment.
